Yes! We strongly encourage ordering a physical sample first, especially for large bulk orders. Sample orders are processed at standard per-unit pricing. Once you approve the sample, you can proceed with your full order and the sample cost is deducted from your invoice.
We accept PDF, AI (Adobe Illustrator), EPS, PNG, and SVG files. For best print quality, vector formats (PDF, AI, EPS, SVG) are preferred. If submitting a raster file (PNG), please ensure it is at least 300 DPI at the intended print size. JPEG files are accepted but not recommended due to compression artifacts.
Standard production time is 3–7 business days after artwork approval, depending on the product and order quantity. Rush production (1–2 business days) is available for select products at an additional fee. Estimated production times are shown on each product page.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and bank transfers for large orders. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption. For corporate accounts, we can issue invoices with net-30 payment terms upon approval.
